Self discipline involves acting according to what you think instead of how you feel at the moment.Often i involves sacrificing the pleasure and thrill of the moment for what matters most in life.THEREFORE,IT IS SELFDISIPLINE that drives youTO
--work on an idea or project after the initial rush of enthusiasm has faded away.
---Go to the gym when all you want to do is to watch your favorite football match
--Say no when tempted to smoke weed(lol)
---Spend your entire day on 2go or whatsapp or any other social network..
In the past,self discipline has been a weaknes of mine,and a s a result today..i find myself lacking the ability to do a number of things i would have loved to do..It is not enough to simoly write out your goals and values.You must make an internal effort to work on them...SELF DISCIPLINE IS HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON COURAGE...THE PRICE OF SELF DISCIPLINE IS ALWAYS LESS THAN THE PAIN OF REGRET
